Where do you work?
We’re mobile across Los Angeles and Orange County. Location and travel charges are confirmed before service. Travel is $10 per 10 miles beyond 30 miles; no origin or distance is assumed online.
Do I need to provide water or power?
We bring our own power and spot-free deionized water. We still need a suitable, safe working area.
Is my online request confirmed?
No. Jason or Kenny must approve your preferred time and agree on the final quote. Call or text if you need to follow up.
Can I remove the wax?
Yes. Removing ceramic spray wax from Gloss Mode reduces its base price by $25. This discount does not apply to other packages.
What changes the starting price?
Heavy grime adds 30% and severe contamination adds 50% to the adjusted package base, subject to inspection. Add-ons are separate. After-dark requests add $50 if approved and safe. Mold or unsafe contamination may require specialist work or be declined.
Are payments collected here?
No payment or deposit is collected online. The existing 1.75% credit-card processing policy is not applied to estimates and requires legal and processor eligibility verification before use; no debit or prepaid surcharge.
Do you offer rush service?
No rush or priority service is offered. We’ll agree on suitable time for the work.
How do notifications work?
Owner alerts use ntfy push notifications. We contact customers directly about their requests; this website does not send customer SMS.
